Spine

The Spine Plugin provides a set of algorithms to automatically detect spinal structures in a CT or MRI scan. The structures are indivitually localized and segmented into a Anatomical Structure Collection, that can be used in subsequent algorithms such as; conversion to label maps, registration between scans, template based registration and segmentation, and polyrigid deformation of the underlying data.

The main segmentation workflow is done using the Localization and Segmentation algorithm.
