Allows to change some settings of an RGB-D Stream

Description

Depending on the source of the RGB-D stream, different settings may be presented. For example, the following are the properties for a Primesense OpenNI RGB-D stream:

In general case, settings will allow switching between particular streams of the camera, for example between color and infrared. Also, the resolution and other settings like exposure, white balance, laser power etc. can be changed.

Some settings require a restart of the sensors. The Apply button needs to be pressed for such properties to be applied.
