Visualize Deformation

Visualizes the per-pixel deformation field of an image

Input

A single 2D or 3D image that contains a deformation.

Output

Nothing

Description

As long as this algorithm is open and the input image holds a deformation all 2D and MPR views showing the input data will visualize the local shape of the deformation by overlaying a grid annotation.

The Number of grid points parameter defines the resolution of the displayed grid. The Downsample factor and Update interval parameters allow for customizing the responsiveness of the visualization.
