ASC 2D–3D Registration

Summary

Register an ASC to X-ray images (2D–3D alignment). Use this to align patient X-rays with a 3D anatomical model.

Compatible data

One SharedImageSet with modality XRAY; one AnatomicalStructureCollection (optionally a second ASC as a shape model with PCA).

Input

ASC (3D), X-ray image(s) (2D).

Output

ASC pose aligned to X-ray(s).

Workflow

Provide ASC and X-ray(s).
Use the 2D–3D Registration controller to configure projection and alignment settings.
Compute; validate the overlay in the viewer and accept if satisfactory.
