The Anatomy plugin provides a flexible data model that stores segmentations, keypoints, meshes, and more in a single data type. It enables complex segmentation, registration and processing workflows involving multiple anatomies. You can create advanced visualizations with per-structure display properties, and structures can be serialized and deserialized to disk or memory with ease.
