ASC Registration

Summary

Register two AnatomicalStructureCollection by aligning corresponding anatomical structures. Use this to bring subject and template ASCs into a common frame.

Compatible data

At least two Anatomical Structure Collection (ASC) inputs (fixed, moving). Optionally, up to two SharedImageSet volumes for image-based refinement.

Input

Fixed ASC; Moving ASC.

Output

Transformed moving ASC; stored global and/or per-structure transforms.

Workflow

Select fixed and moving ASCs.
Use the Registration controller to choose a method (e.g., ICP or translation-only), then start registration.
