ASC Registration
================

Summary
-------
Register two :doc:`AnatomicalStructureCollection <../AnatomicalStructureCollection>` by aligning corresponding anatomical structures. Use this to bring subject and template ASCs into a common frame.

Compatible data
----------------
- At least two :doc:`../AnatomicalStructureCollection` inputs (fixed, moving). Optionally, up to two ``SharedImageSet`` volumes for image-based refinement.

Input
-----
- Fixed ASC; Moving ASC.

Output
------
- Transformed moving ASC; stored global and/or per-structure transforms.

Workflow
--------
1) Select fixed and moving ASCs.
2) Use the Registration controller to choose a method (e.g., ICP or translation-only), then start registration.
