Link Pose Deformable

Input

Two or more arbitrary data elements, of which exactly one must be an image or volume with a deformation.

Output

None

Description

While the algorithm is open, any changes to either the rigid transformation or the deformation of the input image/volume with the deformation will be applied to all other input data sets, i.e. their relative location and deformation remains fixed.

Note that not all types of data are deformable, so this will only work for images, volumes, set of these, meshes and point clouds.
