Linear Grid Image Registration

Registration of a set of volumes arranged in a square grid.

Input

A 3D volume set with a square number of volumes.

Output

The transformations of the volume sequence are updated.

Description

This is a specialized algorithm for registering a square grid of overlapping image volumes, by using assumptions about their neighborhood and executing series of pair-wise image-based registration runs.
