Depth Change Estimation

The algorithm estimates the change of depth values within multiple region of interests with respect to time.

Input

RGB-D sensor stream

2D plot per region of interest with respect to time displaying the change in the depth values in the selected frequency.

If an output folder is given, the algorithm exports the color and depth images that are captured during the analysis.

The algorithm runs on the input RGB-D sensor.

Select ROI(s) enables the user to use their mouse and select a rectangular region on the depth image.
Preload ROI(s) loads pre-configured regions.
Output folder designates the export location for the color and depth images acquired during the analysis.
Time increment acquisition frequency in seconds.
Start capturing initiates the acquisition.
Stop capturing ends the acquisition.
