Detailed Description

Algorithm for converting an ASCDeformation into a (dense) deformation field.

This is done by a RBF-type interpolation (i.e. using inverse-distance-weighting over linear transformations at control points).

Apply a given deformation to the given volume.

The deformation deformation should map from approximately to to. The object to is mostly unused, the exception here is the case that to has meshes not in from, in which case vertices of these meshes may be used to localize AnatomicalStructureDeformation objects. Typically, from is the "moving" ASC, and "to" is the fixed one. If invert is set to true, the inverse deformation is applied to volume (e.g. volume is in the same region of space as to initially), otherwise the forward deformation is applied. If initialMatrix is not nullptr, the volume will be given this initial transformation before the deformation is applied.
