Quick Segmentation

This mode is focused on image segmentation, without the data management of the standard project-based workflow.

It contains the same segmentation actions as the standard workflow, but does not require creating a project or defining export options.

To open an image, click on the Load button in the top left or drag and drop the file/folder into the window.

After the segmentation is created with the tools, and it can be saved by clicking on the Save button in the top left and selecting the target format. The label map will be exported as an unsigned byte dataset with the same size and resolution as the original input image.
