Projects

ImFusion Labels works with annotation projects. A project is a collection of datasets where a pre-defined set of structures can be annotated. In theory the datasets within a project should have the same features, but there is no technical restriction that enforces this.

More specifically, an ImFusion Labels project is defined by:

• the datasets that it contains

• the structures that can be annotated in each dataset

• the annotation data of each dataset

The data of a project is managed by ImFusion Labels automatically in a folder, and should not be directly manipulated by the user (unless you know what you are doing).

Warning

The current version of the ImFusion Labels does not support collaborative editing. Opening the same project from multiple instances of the ImFusion Labels application is therefore disabled.
