Match Windowing¶
Sets the windowing settings of one data set to match the visual appearance of another data set as closely as possible.
Input¶
Two images or volumes of the same size and number of channels. The first input image is the reference.
Output¶
Modified window/level values for second image
The input sets will not be modified by this algorithm.
Description¶
Changes the window and level setting of the second data set to match the intensities of the first data set (reference) as closely as possible in a squared intensity difference sense.
Works best when the images show the same or similar content but the overall brightness and contrast differ.
