Detailed Description

I/O algorithm for saving and loading projection matrices.

Handles projection matrix export/import for cone-beam geometries. Supports ConeBeamData (SharedImageSet with geometry) and ConeBeamGeometry instances.

Supported Formats:

  • OpenCV and OpenGL projection matrices are supported, but OpenGL matrices are internally used for the representation of the cone-beam geometries.
  • Iso-matrices correspond to the individual rigid transformation matrices of the cone-beam geometries.
  • Ini format is supported exclusively for Mode::Load

Optional filename used to save the projection matrices.

If the filename is not provided, default filenames are used, which are "P_CV.txt", "P_GL.txt", and "IsoMatrices.txt".

◆ p_flipDirection

Parameter<FlipDirection> ImFusion::CT::ProjectionMatrixIoAlgorithm::p_flipDirection = {"flipDirection", FlipDirection::None, this}

OpenCV projection matrices should be flipped when they do not follow the OpenCV convention.

This is needed for the case that projection matrices do not contain a pure rotation matrix component, i.e. det(R) > 0.
